Site Definition:
OverNineThousand.org (this site) is an online resource for the purposes of public education regarding the Over Nine Thousand Anon March protest on July 19, 2008 in Washington, DC, as well as other activities and basic information regarding Anonymous and its protests against the Church of Scientology. Any information about the Church of Scientology has been written by me, "President Ike", and are my own personal opinions. I present this information in good faith that the evidence has been substantiated independently, that my opinions are heartfelt and honest, and that none of this information will be used in any way to violate the rights of others.

Declarations of Status:
This site is not in any way affiliated with any official Church of Scientology website, publication, or resource, and the comments on this website are not condoned or approved by Scientology officials, leaders, or members.

This site and its creator are also not affiliated with the family or estate of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. None of the information on this site is in any way approved of by official sources.
The creator has nothing but the sincerest respect and love for our former President. The name "Ike" was chosen out of respect for the great achievements of President Eisenhower, with particular attention to his life-saving work in liberating Europe during WWII. As a great liberator who literaly changed the face of the world by giving an entire continent its freedom, President Eisenhower is a source of great inspiration for the site's creator. It was President Eisenhower's legacy that inspired this site's creator to stand up to fight for the rights of those who have been victimized by the Church of Scientology. We do indeed like Ike.

This is how book reviewers are able to quote passages of the books they're reviewing, this is how materials like 'Cliff Notes' are published, this is how schools can devote entire classes to various works of fiction, and this is how the content of this website is protected from copyright infringement claims. The information derived from official Scientology sources contained on this site are protected under Fair Use and we will defend that right. Freedom of Speech:
We acknowledge that some of our opinions about the Church of Scientology are not positive. In addition, we acknowledge that it is well within the rights of those viewing this information to disagree with our opinions. But we wish to make it clear that we vehemently disagree with anyone who wishes to classify our opinions and/or our statements as "hate speech" or as "religious bigotry".
I have nothing but love and honest intentions toward the individual members of the Church of Scientology. I do not wish them any harm, and I cannot stress enough that I am adamently opposed to anyone who would commit acts of violence against them or any other individual. I firmly respect their rights to practice the religion of their choice, as protected by the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
However, the love I have for my fellow man, and the respect I have for the rights and privileges protected by the Constitution, none of that has any bearing whatsoever on my attitudes toward criminal activity perpetrated any individual or organization. I am opposed to criminal activity of any kind; whether the individual responsible for such activity is of any gender, race, or religion is immaterial and does not enter into the formation of my opinions with regard to their actions.
The same First Amendment that protects all of our rights to practice the religion of our choosing also grants all of us freedom of speech. If I see something happening that I feel to be wrong, if I witness any organization attempting to violate the rights of others, not only is it my right to stand up and voice my objections, but in my mind, it is a requirement. If the Constitution has any hope of maintaining its integrity, then it is our duty as citizens to do whatever we can to protect it. Exercising the rights that the Constitution grants us is the only way that all of us can do everything within our power to protect the Constitution, the law, and indeed, our way of life.
I ask that you please respect my right to voice my opinions. I ask that you acknowledge that I have in good faith done everything within my power to back up my opinions with clear and dispassionate evidence.
I ask that you recognize my right to freedom of speech, while I do everything I can to protect your right to believe in whatever religion you choose, by fighting to prevent an organization from using the banner of religion as a facade for criminal activity.
By all means, if you disagree with my opinions, I will not think any less of you. Please don't think any less of me for believing what I do. I am not asking you to agree with me. I'm just asking that you respect my right to voice what is in my mind and my heart.

Anonymity:
My right to express these opinions anonymously is also expressly protected by the First Amendment. I have every reason to believe that if I were to expose my identity, I would be made to fear for my life. Ample evidence has been widely provided to me, showing that over the past several decades, the Church of Scientology has radically harassed its critics. They have attempted to intimidate, terrorize, and falsely accuse anyone who dares stand up against them. Evidence to support these opinions is provided throughout this website.
It is for those reasons that I choose to remain anonymous. That right is protected by law.
That said, I do still have great hope that one day I may reveal my true identity. Nothing would please me more than to stand up and voice my opinions freely, without any fear for the safety and security of myself and my family.
